All PSX tiles are on 16-colour grayscale palette. Since all PSX tiles
use 16-colour palettes, there is a biunivocal equivalence between the gray
and the original RGB scales, so the colours can be restored (I guess)

In ste folder I've included the last 5 non-null tiles, since the last
palette file "ste_6_pal.bmp" does not have the last 8 palettes. The last
3 tiles of ste.sty are null and don't have palettes.
