All PSX tiles in 64x64 bmp files, colour depth of 8.

Each level has 384 tiles.

For your information, I've adjusted the palettes of these .bmp files so
they are ready to use in STY Tool without needing to struggle with 
the palettes.

Here is the summary of the palettes:

bil_0.bmp to bil_52.bmp uses the same palette
bil_53.bmp to bil_113.bmp uses the same palette
bil_114.bmp to bil_162.bmp uses the same palette
bil_163.bmp to bil_218.bmp uses the same palette
