-opened the sty file and exported the large yellow-red font characters
-resized them to the blue-brown special character sprite sizes
-made a copy of A named _A_red
-opened in irfanview and used one of the switch color options and saved it as _A_blue
-opened each in gimp
-changed mode to RGB
-change mode to Indexed and selected optimize with option reduce palettsize to 128
-saved it
-opened it in irfanview and exported _A_red.pal and _A_blue.pal
-opened the sty file and exported _s_brown
-imported _s_brown and selected change palette to red/blue
-exported the red/blue s as _s_red and _s_blue
-opened each in irfanview and exported red.pal and _blue.pal
-opened _A_red.pal and _red.pal in notepad++
-replaced line 128-end in _A_red.pal with line 128-end of _red.pal and saved it as _A_red+red.pal
-opened _A_blue.pal and _blue.pal in notepad++
-replaced line 128-end in _A_blue.pal with line 127-end of _blue.pal and saved it as _A_blue+blue.pal
-opened _A_red in irfandview and imported palette _A_red+red.pal and saved it as _A_red+red
-same with _A_blue
-opened gimp and viewed the palette dialog opened the palette menue and imported _A_red+red.pal
-opened each 0-9A-Z in gimp and changed mode to rgb then changed mode to indexed and selected use own palette and dont remove unused colors and saved them under same names
-open sty file and import _A_red+red and choose palett hack and select 268
-open sty file and import _A_blue+blue and choose palett hack and select 263
-now import 0-9A-Z and choose leave palettes alone

And it took most time to find out what to do at all;)

Edit: i generated a better blue palette out of _A_red+red & _blue.pal -> _#A_blue+blue
